A: An Alabama attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for three weeks. You could continue to await a response, but you could also consider reaching out to local attorneys to review the matter. As a GENERAL matter in most jurisdictions, an attorney would want to know whether the dismissal was with or without prejudice, the time milestones in your case (when cause of action arose), and more details you might have about your attempts to log in, among other details. Good luck
