Q: judge dismiss case before virtual hearing today. can i appeal this decision.
the decision was done at 10:03 am 3-29-2021. my hearing was for 3-29-2021 at 10:15am. for some reason at 10:11 am I could not get through to the virtual hearing with my meeting ID#. I tried several times. Please let me know if I can appeal this decision. I wasn't given a chance to defend my case that was set for motion to continue. Thanks May God Bless

You could continue to await a response, but you could also consider reaching out to local attorneys to review the matter. As a GENERAL matter in most jurisdictions, an attorney would want to know whether the dismissal was with or without prejudice, the time milestones in your case (when cause of action arose), and more details you might have about your attempts to log in, among other details.
