Atlanta, GA asked in Criminal Law, Animal / Dog Law and Civil Rights for Kentucky

Q: What can I do about a neighbor that continually teases my dogs by riding a horse or driving a 4 wheeler?

I live on a side road from the road KY 596 and the neighbors continually tease my dogs by riding a horse down the road or by driving a 4 wheeler and they only go as far as our property then turns around and comes back. Also my dogs run free into and out of my yard but they come to me when I yell for them and they are not aggressive until the neighbors dog goes to attack one of my dogs. I have had problems from these neighbors since I moved to my home and I don't know what else to do cause the neighbors only do these things at certain times of the day and night.

A: Put your dogs up and eliminate the attraction for the neighbors. The other option is to move.
