Q: So my friend had a situation his daughter was with someone that was physically abusive which is a female

So my friend saw the abuser and he confronted her he mushed her on the face and knocked her phone out of her hand and she grabbed and held on to his car through the windows so he went to take her off and she wouldn't get off it's not his car so he got in the passenger side got in the driver seat and started driving til she got off he said it was about a block and continued driving so now the detectives is looking for him to call them what should he do

A: If the police definitely know who he is then he needs to hire an attorney and have that attorney communicate with the police. The Attorney can access if he should get out his side of the story and it is less likely that he will be arrested if he hires an attorney.
