Q: Fiancé was arrested wrong warrant number Bond is showing wrong year

fiancé was arrested year ago charge wth 2 feloniesOne hydraco pill was his prescrption A morphine patch that was in his moms vehicle the patch belonged to her dyeing sister in which she passed away a month later. His mother had taken her to get the script the day before and had dropped one in the vehicle in which she sighed affidavit claiming the patch.

My fiancé has been arrested on this same charge three times . The last two times because of a dirty u.a. through his pretrial probation.

My question is Doest the d.a. have to throw the one felonies out since he has proof legall prescription for the pill.

Maybe the second felonies also because of the a affidavit?

His bond went from $1500

To $200.000

Also my other question is they arrested my fiance with a wrong arrest warrant number

It clearly shows the warrant number does not match the warrant numbers where he's been arrested all three times

And the year is wrong on county judicial web site

A: No, the prosecutor is not required to dismiss the case. He or she can seek a conviction if they believe it is in the interest of justice. The answers to your other questions should come from his criminal defense attorney because that is the only person who has the facts. If your fiancé is on bond for possession of drugs, and his bond has been revoked twice for taking more drugs, then he is either a drug addict or an incredibly foolish person.

A: The DA doesn't have to to anything. The attorney for your fiancée needs to present whatever evidence available to refute the State's allegations. Call your lawyer. Good luck.
