Q: Found guilty of speeding in Indiana court in 2006. They never sent me a bill for it. Is it expired? Can they collect?
Do they have a certain amount of time to send a bill for a ticket? They never sent me anything. Shouldn't I have a right to expect them to send me a bill within a reasonable amount of time or forfeit the fine due to a statute of limitations?
