Q: landlord refused to fix a leak. now there is black mould everywhere. What can I do other than taking him to court

He threatened to kick me out cuz I keep asking him to take care of it.

A: In NC you can talk to the local housing authority, and as long as you have properly notified your landlord of the issues they can step in. And your landlord is walking a fine line if they try and evict you after you reported issues to them.
