I was trying to go to the two way lane and there was a 4 way light ahead that she was trying to turn left, it was about 500 ft. Where she hit me There was traffic so I was driving slowly to the Middle Lane she was in-patient because she said she was late for work. But the cop said it was still my fault.

Under GA law the person making the left turn should always yield to oncoming traffic. See if you can find a good traffic ticket attorney in your area to fight it in court. You can dispute this as officers are not always correct. Also make sure you file a claim with her insurance and tell your side of the story.
