Q: I supported my ex for 3 years with everything...paid his fines and bills and even bought him a car.

He was cheating w his ex while I was working. I bought him alot of expensive stuff on my credit cards but he was just using me to get stuff he couldn't pay for..he moved out and in with his ex and now I'm packing up his stuff to give to him...do I have to give him the things I bought him thinking we were together even though he was lying snd cheating.or since I have proof I bought and paid for it can I keep it or sell it since he was being dishonest and didn't intend on being w me

A: You need to speak with a divorce attorney. If you paid for the items and they are joint property, you may be able to keep them, or it may be more trouble than it's worth.
