A: Look at the pro se rules on the Bankruptcy Court's website (I'm not sure which bankruptcy court in California you are in). There might also be a pro se clerk you can ask. You may be able to submit it online (NY has online upload for pro se debtors), or you may need to bring it to the courthouse. Each court has somewhat different local rules for these procedures.
