I want to apply for the US Citizenship. I am a Permanent Resident for the last 42 years. I was arrested about 50 years ago in Calumet City, IL, south-west suburb of Chicago. The FBI database shows the following information about my arrest:

AGENCY-POLICE DEPARTMENT CALUMET CITY (IL0161700)

AGENCY CASE-3794

CHARGE 1-SOL W/O RGSTRN

COURT- ()

CHARGE-SOL W/O RGSTRN

$40 & 5 EXPARTE 9-24-71

I need to attach an original or court certified arrest report and an official certified statement from the arresting agency or applicable court confirming that no charges were filed with my N-400 application. I need help with obtaining the above documents.

Can you help me?
