AFFIDAVIT THAT LOST IT

THE LOWER PROBATE COURT RULED THAT THE WITNESS AFFIDAVIT WAS INCORRECT AND RULED THE WITNESS NOT RELIABLE. IT WAS ESTABLISHED THAT A NEW WITNESS AFFIDAVIT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE OBJECTION. THAT BEING SAID HERE IS THE TIME LINE FOR 04/12/2021 4:30PM, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH AN ATTACHMENT NEW WITNESS AFFIDAVIT FROM MY ATTORNEY 4:42PM, I REPLIED VIA EMAIL TO MY ATTORNEY THANKING HIM BUT IN CONSIDERATION OF THE TIME OF DAY IT MAY HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE FOLLOWING DAY 5:00PM, MY ATTORNEY REPLIED THAT THE AFFIDAVIT OF THE NEW WITNESS DOES NOT NEED SIGHING THAT DAY. THAT THE NEW WITNESS SHOULD SEEK A NOTORY SOMETIME THE FOLLOWING WEEK. 5:18PM, MY ATTORNEY ELECTRONI
