Q: so i am 16 i got in a accident and i got a ticket for no drivers license and am wondering if the insurance can sue me

it was my dads friends truck that i was driving i was at a stop sign and i didn’t see the car and they hit the front left side no one was hurt but was wondering if insurance will sue me because i am a minor without a license but on monday i am gonna go take my permit test i was already planing on doing it soon this just happened to happen so i am hoping that me having the permit will help in court

A: if you had an accident as a minor and without insurance, I would expect DMV to suspend your license if you had one for a year or hold off issuing one to you for a year.

i would assume the insurance co's will deal with this......i you were a minor and not insured i would expect them to deny coverage for the car
