Seminole, FL asked in Land Use & Zoning for Florida

Q: Are they any lawyers on the pro bono list of lawyers whom handle very bad neighbor issues, involving a series of events?

Neighbor issues of on going events of harassment since December 19th-2020 to current. Some involves a fence I paid for $600.00 as I want reimbursement for all the emotional distress and damages he has done to the fence.. He has carpet tacks which he furiously bashed them to fence all across top and bottom of fence.. He started verbally attacking me over infestation of "rats"..He dictated for my companion(82) has had cancer to stop feeding birds and squirrels..My response was it's her enjoyment,,His response was "i hope she dies" I can forgive though don't forget. What kind of 71-72 year old man would say this?? The whole time of bashing fence his nose right up against the fence, like a peeping tom.. Then had his nose to fence ,so one morning I took hose to fence, a few days later he hid ,in his Oleanders, like a peeping tom and sprayed my car, in which an investigating officer took pictures.. Now he has implanted "rusty" nails sticking straight up from top edge of fence.. There is more.

A: There is no "pro bono list of lawyers". I suggest you schedule a consultation with a general practice attorney in your area to at least obtain advice, if not also representation that should start with a cease & desist letter.

If you cannot afford to consult or hire a lawyer, try contacting your local Legal Services of Legal Aid office. Also, the Florida Bar Referral Service has a low fee panel of lawyers who are willing to undertake representation for lower than average fees. See https://lrs.floridabar.org

A: Sorry, had a typo. Contact Legal Services OR Legal Aid office.
