Q: How much time can a person get as a convicted felon with 3 felonies?

How much time can a person get if charged with parole warrant, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, and evading police driving in wreck less manner which concludes all 3 felonies?

A: more info needed

i would strongly encourage you to consult with a criminal lawyer in your area. Before you meet with him or her, write out a detailed summary of your case and record.

s/he would want to review your record to determine what prior felonies are for and when you got them. In other words are they in your youthful past or recent?

however, the courts are serious about 3 strikes.

A: 3 years state prison on the felon in possession of a firearm, 3 years on the felony evading arrest and how much jail time was still left on the felony charge you pled out to or were convicted after a jury trial when you were placed on parole.

In light of the serious charges, you're facing serious jail time and I suggest you hire a seriously good criminal defense lawyer in your area. Not just a negotiator. You may have to take your case to trial in which case you need an experienced trial attorney.
