Q: my aunt had guardianship of me since i was 6. I am 25. shouldn't she get Child support payments instead of my mom

I am 25 years old disabled & live with my aunt who has Guardianship of me since 6 years old and is my representative payee for Social Security, recently my dad started paying his arrears for child support payments after 15 years and has let me know. however my biological mother is receiving all of the i'm 25 years old I am disabled and my dad has been in arrears for a while he finally filed taxes after 3 years & notified me that I should be getting a lump sum payment. Is my Biological mother entitled to the funds even though I never lived with her & someone else raised me and is my representative payee for social security & have a affidavit for me.

money and not allocating any towards me and my needs. I am currently trying to pay for college and do not have health insurance any more. what can I do so that the payment can go to my actual guardian to help me and not my mother who uses the money for her personal needs
