A: If your plea bargain wasn't what you expected it to be, why didn't you say so at the time of sentencing? A burglary (even 2nd degree is a felony) is a lot more serious than vandalism (misdemeanor). Also, why aren't you asking your attorney who represented you what happened.

In any event, there is a way to change your plea but a motion has to be prepared, filed and served.

A: MORE INFO NEEDED.

THE PERSON YOU SHOULD ASK IF THE LAWYER WHO REPRESENTED YOU AND HAS ALL THE FACTS.

LAWYERS ON THIS SITE ARE FROM ALL OVER CALIF...I AM IN PALM SPRINGS.

BEFORE YOU PLEA YOU EITHER SIGN OR RESPOND TO JUDGE THAT YES THAT IS WHAT I AGREED UPON AND I PLEAD GUILTY......WHY DIDN'T YOU BRING IT UP THEN.

SEE IF YOU LAWYER WOULD MAKE A MOTION TO WITHDRAW THE PLEA.
