Q: I kissed a girl non consensually. What kind of trouble can I get in?
She was 17 at the time and I was 18. She didn’t want to kiss but I kissed her. After that I stopped and nothing else happened. A little under a year prior when we were both 17 I kissed her with her consent. The second time I did it when I was 18 and she was 17 she said she didn’t want a kiss. I thought she may have been playing hard to get so I kissed her and then she made it clear that she really did not want a kiss. Now a few months after the fact she’s saying she’s going to report it to law enforcement but doesn’t want to pursue charges.
