1) depends on underlying offense,

2) you realize a motion has to be filed and court appearance made to get offense expunged. It does not happen automatically.

Q: attempted sexual assault by 17 year old. Victim was 15 at the time. Can 17 year old be charged after 3 years?

It has not.prescribed and 17 yr old can still be charged.

No sexual contact at all never even thought get about it. Mom blames me for the daughter lying past few weeks, threatened to press charges on me.

File a claim with the EEOC for sex discrimination. You can find the intake questionnaire at eeoc.gov. You should also gather any documentation you have to prove that you have reported these instances to the District Manager.
