A: It's still a misdemeanor. Hire a criminal attorney

A: Because you are on probation, it is a possibility that your probation is subject to revocation and you would have to serve the sentence of incarceration originally imposed for the possession of marijuana. On the other hand, that is not likely, however, you want to make sure that does not happen, as well as make sure you minimize the consequences of your DWI and the best way to do this is to hire a criminal defense attorney in your area. Contact a few and hire the one with whom you are most comfortable.
