A: A Tennessee attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. Based on your brief description, it appears that the measure of damages would essentially be a pattern of several delays in receiving pain relief meds after long-term use of the medication. Although your suffering is understandable, some law firms might be reluctant to consider a lawsuit based on that alone - but every attorney could see things differently. You could reach out to attorneys to discuss. Most firms offer free initial consults on such cases. Good luck
