My child's father and I have joint custody. He gets her every other weekend and I have her the rest of the time. Now she saying for the past coue months she hasn't been with him she has been getting dropped off to his mom. But when he went to court he told them his main reason was because he missed her and wanted to spend time with her. He doesn't pay child support. He stopped working just so he wouldn't pay it. She not well taken care of I have pics dating back to the beginning of 2020. She always hungry when she gets back and she said she's sleeping on the floor. I don't even have a number on him anymore. A: Please consult with a few lawyers in your area and hire the one with whom you are most comfortable. You are entitled to more information than he's providing, you need to make sure that your child is safe, and he needs to pay child support.
