A: I recommend you check if you have previously owned a vehicle, contact the DMV for details and review your NY abstract (which can be obtained online instantly).

A: Thank you for your question. The first thing you should do, is contact NYS DMV and ask them what, specifically is causing this revocation, if you do not have a vehicle registered to you. Additionally, please keep in mind, that if a driver receives a ticket for No Insurance and pleads guilty or is convicted after a trial, in addition to the fine and surcharge, NYS DMV will revoke the license or NYS driving privileges for 1 year and impose a $750.00 civil penalty. There can also be license/NYS driving privilege issues if a driver is involved in an accident and does not have valid insurance. Once you speak with NYS DMV and get a reason for the revocation, you should then speak with an attorney and if for some reason, the revocation was improperly imposed, take the necessary steps to try to restore your driving privileges.
