Q: My car was parked in front of my house; my neighbors began to fight one was knocked into my car causing a dent. Both

Guys said they were not responsible. I got quotes on damage and now my neighbor is saying they will pay by check to the auto body shop. Should i write out a contract and ask receive the money with both our signed signatures or allow them to write the check the company(not knowing if they will do the right thing)?

A: Not sure what you mean by the right thing--if they are paying for the repair to the body shop, then they would be doing the right thing.
