Q: I got pulled over for doing 84 in a 55 he gave me a break and fined me for failure to obey road signs so i wouldn’t get
points and told me if i fight it, the judge will most likely take it off for me but in a box on the citation saying confidential information it says my speed, will the judge be able to see that?

Frankly, if there are no points you are better off paying it. Judges tend not to favor those who already got a break, and if you were doing almost 30 over or even 20 over they will consider it a monster break.
I'm not sure how you would fight it without the judge knowing that it was because the officer gave you a break.
