Q: Denied visa

December 2020, my family unification visa to turkey was denied because my bank statement was less than 3 months. My husband would take care of my financial needs anyway.

One travel agent offered help for 200USD and assured me that this is what happens in the embassy and people would get visas after paying 200USD, she even showed me proof of chats by a staff from the embassy and visa approvals after such transactions.

My visa application got rejected.

8 months later, the Turkish embassy still denies my application and say they will never give me a visa.

I previously asked some agents and they said normally after 6 months at most, cases like mine would be cleared at the embassy as a temporary ban and they would apply again on a clean slate. However my case is now 8 months and they stand at no visa for me, how can you advice me because I want to go to my husband.

A: Maybe you should seek council from an experienced immigration attorney regarding your immigration situation - rather than a travel agent.
