A: I do not practice in Oklahoma, but your question appeared in my email today. Most attorneys will talk to you for free to see if they can help you. I recommend doing a google search for "oklahoma name change attorney". This will give you the contact info for several attorneys that understand what is needed in Oklahoma. Call one and do a consultation to find out what they charge and what steps are necessary.

A: Name changes are relatively simple and just about any attorney can assist you with this. There are very few reasons that prevent you from the name change. Consult an attorney and you will find this can be a fairly quick process.
