A: Every contract for the sale of a car, includes "small print" provisions. If you carefully read all of the "fine print" provisions of the "extended warranty" addendum to the contract, it SHOULD say somewhere that after four months, the company may raise the payment to absorb the monthly cost of offering the extended warranty on your car. IF on the other hand, NOTHING in the contract for sale, or the Extended Warranty paperwork, say ANYTHING about raising your payment, then you may have grounds to ask them (demand of them) to take your payment DOWN where it was before! Good question and good luck!
