Q: Can I pay a fix it ticket instead of fixing the issue ?
I received a fix it ticket for my window tint, the fine is 194$ if I don’t fix it , could I just not fix it and pay the fine instead ? It would be a cheaper route because it will cost me more to remove and then reapply the tint. What bad could happen by this ? Besides possibly getting another ticket

Or fix it an pay the court $25. If you remove and re-apply the same tint, you are then open for more citations. So, YES, you can go to the courthouse and just pay the fine, probably pay the clerk and not even see the judge.
