A: An Indiana attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks, and you express some immediate concerns about the safety and welfare of your family. One option here is to repost your question and include Landlord-Tenant as a category. Although all your category selections make sense, landlord-tenant law is probably closest to the issues you describe. There's no guarantee all posts are picked up, but you could have better chances for a response in adding that category. If you don't want to lose time, you could simply reach out to L-T attorneys without further delay. You could search independently on your own or use the Find-a-Lawyer tab above. Good luck
