The original charge is b&e and petty larceny of 500 or less from a person he had 3 years sentence with 3 years suspended. He picked up 2 new charges and being held without on 2 pb15 violations one fel and one mis. His probation said he absconded from probation but he fell threw the cracks he was never assigned a color nor assigned a showed called his original probation officer who did his original paper work never did the home visit and never answered the phone when he called when he was supposed to the office always said he'd call him back but never did and never returned text messages. Then he was assigned a new probation officer in Feb and she set up a phone call in March on the 30th he called at the right time but she was busy told him she'd call him back and never did and he called several times after that and texted and again no reply his 2 new charges are scheduled 1 and 2 and grand larceny of 1000 or more of a atv not from a person but he bought the atv from a someone
