Q: Grandparents Rights
Recently my daughter has denied me phone contact with my granddaughter. I live in Idaho and my daughter and granddaughter live with me April 2021 and just moved back to Michigan. What are my rights?

Not much. In Michigan, you would need to show a judge that it's actually contrary to the child's best interest not to have contact with you - a pretty tall order. A parent's decision - right, wrong, or otherwise - is presumed to be in the child's best interest.
Have you tried writing letters? Best thing you can do is just try your best to keep in touch with your granddaughter. Eventually, she'll realize at least that you tried, and hopefully reach back out to you on her own.
