Q: Copyright Infringement

A well known British singer living in Santa Monica. They are using my US copyrighted Office photographic images I took of them before they became famous in 1989 in music video's plus at least in 2 books and across all platforms. The image is also embedded in their music video which is all over the Net.

Have assets over $100 million and personally wouldn't like a scandal now right before they go on tour next month. They were also fined millions for Tax Evasion. Being a Nurse on the front lines, money is tight, and I'd doubt they would fight it as their large NY law firm have told me to go to Hell.

What can I do going forward? I was offered $500 by their publishers to go away, which I never responded to.

A: You might have a claim for copyright infringement. I've handled a similar case in federal court involving the unauthorized use of photographs of models. You need an attorney to research the cause of action and make a formal demand, at the very least. I am very interested in the case. Feel free to contact me directly if you wish.
