Q: Can I get terminated from my employer for violation of policy without any knowledge of what policy I violated
I worked at my employer for 8 years I came to work one day I was feeling completely fine I was told to put up start in a walk-in cooler I sneeze a few times I told my supervisor I was not feeling good she call me into the hr office they gave me a rapid covid test which was negative they put me on suspension for little over 2 weeks Union Representatives was supposed to represent me my employer told me to write a statement about how I was feeling prior to come into work and once I get to work they called me at home and said their corporate office said to terminated call Sophia de I don't know the reason why I got terminated for the policy I violated
