I'm not the only one heaven these issues I've been there two years two months they are hiring people in that makes more than me and making me crane now

If you are working more than 40 hours in a week and not getting an overtime premium payment of time and a half, and not otherwise exempt from the law, then you may have rights under the Fair Labor Standards Act
