Q: What is my legal right to put someone out of my house who I said could stay here until she found a job ,, well she

Found a job but refuses to leave. She done this the last place she lived . She is also on probation for violating a epo twice against her ex husband. She is 54 yrs old and stays in trouble. She also lives from pillar to post. I would like to do this without the police involved because she is family. So what's my legal right to do . She had a piece of mail sent to my house which I told her not to do but I stopped all her mail from coming here. She's trying to cry sqatters law like she did the last place she stayed but she's not been here but 2 wks 3 at best. She's not on the lease.

A: Safest course is to give her written notice to vacate…..then file an eviction.
