Charlotte, NC asked in Car Accidents for North Carolina

Q: I've been in an accident not my fault. Insurance companies did valuation with 7 vehicles and only wants to give me low

End of valuation which is a $2000 difference. Also I had scratches and bruising

Is that worth anything

A: A North Carolina attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for two weeks. However, it could be difficult for ANY attorney to evaluate your case based on a couple of brief lines.

Most attorneys who handle such cases offer free initial consults. Here are some things an attorney might ask you - When you say the accident was not your fault, did the insurance carriers formally accept blame? Did you undergo treatment? Were there any imaging studies or medical tests?

If you reached out to attorneys in your area, they could make a more meaningful assessment of your case than is possible in the brief format here. Good luck
