Q: charged with dui alcohol but then changed to just a dui then to public intoxication after DA took over made it s case.

was detained&searched twice inside police department&outside police department&illegally searched my purse without my consent&purse was left outside after being searched which they lost &all property inside purse never givin back or wallet never put in to property 2 officers came to my home&brought back property of cash&check which wasnt in my property either seemed odd& i found weaknesses in the officers police report&my hired lawyer denies it. i never once resisted arrest becuzi was detained both times. never read me my maranda rights after they searched my property that was not searched infront of me found a tiny bag of meth, which they said weight 13.5 grams at that weight it surely could not of been a tiny or small bag. in which officers are suppose to weigh it on police scales&take a picture of the bag of meth. i asked my lawyer

if he has collected the discovery of evidence of that scaled weight& the camera footage inside&outside of police department for my discovery

A Miranda warning is only necessary if they are going to question you.

a DUI is the same as DUI alcohol............

did they file for the other criminal violations? if so they would not be as concerned about a DUI misdemeanor......if they are going for a felony drug case.

since the court appoints a public defender, that is the person who should answer your questions. S/he will have all the info in front of them.
