A: Yes, you can, however you need to read and review the listing agreement to see if there are any ramifications you might have if you terminate the listing agreement ahead of time. Also you need to read and review the listing agreement to see what, if anything, it says if you change you mind again and then decide to sell the land at a future date (but within the period of the existing listing agreement.
