Does the prosecutor get accident reports? And if so why no warrant or citation?
A: The warrant and/or citation could still come. They could still be investigating. Hopefully, the prosecutor doesn’t see your post since you just admitted to driving under the influence in it. Might be a good idea to take it down before anyone else sees it.
