A: Are you being charged with a crime? Usually, the kind of fraud you describe is the subject of a civil lawsuit. Also, it's unclear whether the company you worked for was unlicensed or you were unlicensed.

Either way, I suggest you contact an attorney experienced in handling fraud matters for a consultation and if it turns out you need to retain an attorney, have all the paperwork ready so the attorney can begin mounting a defense.

A: MORE INFO IS NEEDED.

WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH?

ARE YOU CONCERNED YOU WON'T GET YOUR SHARE OF THE SALES COMMISSION???

ARE YOU CONCERNED ABOUT BEING ARRESTED?

THE BEST ADVICE IS NOT TO TALK TO ANYONE WITHOUT FIRST CONSULTING WITH A LOCAL LAWYER WHO WILL GATHER ALL THE FACTS AND NOT JUST YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
