A: An Oklahoma attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for four weeks. It's possible that you could sue, but it might not be the type of case that a law firm would handle on a contingency basis. Product liability cases are instituted for injuries resulting from defective products. They can involve testimony from experts with backgrounds in engineering or other technical or scientific areas. This does not come cheap. If injuries are significant, these costs could be justified by the magnitude of damages. You could reach out to Oklahoma attorneys; find out whether what you hope to recover would be outweighed by legal costs. Good luck
