Q: I got a ticket for driving past a police car where no officer was present. Can I contest the ticket?
There was an accident, the tow truck was removing the wreck. I attempted to stop and ask police for direction, no officers were near by so I drove down the block to greet and speak with them. I was ticketed Uber this statute but I would like to contest as no officers were present to provide direction.
