Dallas, TX asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Louisiana

Q: My two sons where for full taken from their school/ stable environment in central la.

My two sons where for full taken from their school/ stable environment in central la. They are enroll and attending school with perfect attendance as well several extra curricular activities. Their dad (whom hasn’t seen nor spoken to them in almost 3 yearrs ) showed up to their school and forcefully removed them. They were under my sister care whom I live with I was out of town at moment so the authorities allowed him to. We have 50/50 custody and recently had child support court bc he refused to pay He has a history of abuse towards the boys and myself. I’m scared for their well being. The sheriff Wher e our custody order is filed. Said I have to take him back to court to get them back. He is also refusing visitation. He’s a dangerous angry person. I figure he may come after me he has before Do I have any options to speed this process along because he’s trying to put them in school up there when they’ve been doing so good here.
