A: At a minimum, you are responsible for the damage to all four cars and injuries sustained by all of the passengers of all cars. You will never be eligible to reinstate your license until all debts from this accident and the prior accident are either satisfied or discharged in bankruptcy. Even if you discharge all debt, your insurance premiums will be sky-high. If you were previously found to be driving while suspended, this instance CAN be charged as a Class A Misdemeanor which means up to 1 year in jail.
