Q: Is arbitration,mediation,or court better for my divorce if me and my spouse agree on everything in the divorce.
We have 1 kid but we both agree on that to we just want to get a quick easy divorce that is cheap.
A: If everything is agreed to then it is an uncontested divorce and there should be no reason for mediation or arbitration. If everything is agreed to, then it is only a matter of drafting the divorce agreement and having both parties sign it.
