West Monroe, LA asked in Child Custody for Louisiana

Q: We have custody of one sister here in Louisiana. The other sister lives with mom in Texas, but has been here with us for

Holidays. Now mom tested positive for drugs, CPS removed sister and other child. Mother was given choice if where they went. To an aunt, not the father with other sister. What recourse do we have to get custody if sister.
