in the state of Kentucky can they take all your rights away to have a dog? There were dogs in the past that kept breaking leashes. The two dogs left have never harmed anything or anyone and they're telling my boyfriend he can no longer own a dog in the county. A pit bull came in the yard and attacked the dog. He broke loose trying to get away from the pit bull. He had severe injuries. They're talking him he has to have his dogs gone by February 14th and is not allowed to own a dog in this county. That pit bull owner had nothing done to them
A: They can’t enforce the no fog policy beyond 2 years from the date of conditional discharge.
