Anaheim, CA asked in Contracts for California

Q: I traded in a car I had leased for 3 yrs at car dealership and bought a car there .Now they say I owe more.

I took my car in to be serviced Jan 14th. I had 2 written service orders from June. One was to install a car alarm that was included in my payments so no/charge. The other was for a key fob they promised to get for me because I was only given one, there was no charge. After the alarm was installed I was told the fob was denied,to contact the finance dept or salesman. I called them and was told I owe them 6,000 more due to their miscalculation for payoff on my old lease and I don't get my 2nd key until I pay them that amount. I never received a call or any mail from them since June.
