Q: Did my lawyer have conflict of interest against my x who stated in court that they have been good friends last 10 yrs?

We went to court twice. My lawyer called my x into the hall to talk before he even acknowledged me both times. Permanent DVI hearing, my lawyer has nothing of mine to present to the judge. No pics of all the bruises, no police rpts, nothing. My Permanent DVI was denied. CPS requested emergency hiring Chapt 39 to request supervised visitation for shared child and restraining order for other 2 çhildren not his. CPS turned case over to FFN.

Not only did my lawyer not fairly represent me but he did not represent me at all and now my life as well as my childrens have been placed in immediate danger.

I feel i should write a çomplaint to my lawyer and the FL Bar. I want the money I borrowed to pay my lawyer to represent me plus all funds to file the complaints and/of sue my lawyer

A: The Florida Bar has an ethics hotline that you can contact anonymously and ask if there was a conflict of interest. Just google Florida Bar Ethics Hotline and you should be able to find it.
