Q: My wife was the beneficiary of her parents life policies, but my wife died. Does the insurance payment allocate to me

Her parents are deceased and no other beneficiary is named

A: Are her Parents deceased? If dead, then the Designation of Beneficiaries might list her Estate. And there is usually an alternative Designated Beneficiary. If the Parents are alive, they can change the Designation anytime. If you feel the Death Benefit should be paid to you or your Wife's Next Of Kin, then hire competent attorney to file suit for Breach of Contract and Bad Faith.
